Period of guarantee

Purchaser is obligated to check the product delivered by the supplier without unnecessary delay and to advise the supplier of any faults within 3 days.

Advise of the faults found must be provided by the purchaser in writing to the supplier, detailing what the faults are and how they are recognised. The written notice of the faults must be sent by the purchaser to the suppliers's office address:

When claiming under guarantee purchaser must attach copies of the purchaser receipt (copy of payment order, post remittance, etc.) of the goods for which the claim is made.

The seller does not accept responsibility for damage resulting from product delivery, functional properties or damage form inexpert product use or damage.
